We strive to provide a comprehensive range of services to meet the needs of our patients; however, certain limitations may apply. These include geographic restrictions, as services are only offered within our designated service area. Additionally, specialty services, such as wound care or IV therapy, are subject to staff availability and specific training requirements. The duration and frequency of care provided are determined by the patient’s individual care plan, developed in coordination with their physician, and may be adjusted based on medical necessity, resource availability, and the HHA’s current caseload. We do not provide services for certain high-acuity conditions or specialized equipment that falls outside our scope of care. I was honestly very surprised how much she would do to help my dad be comfortable and clean. She was very attentive to him and helpful for me, answering all my questions and making sure I had the supplies I needed and helping me to know what I could do to help him when she wasn’t here with me. From Justin, the community liaison,  her hospice nurse, Carrie and her CNA Kristy, the entire team was amazing.  They all provided such loving care.  Kristy was able to get my moms skin looking good and did a great job cleaning her.  She treated her exceptionally well, just like family.  My mom loved Carrie and Kristy.
